Price increases in Toronto since last year
Price increase since last year:
Toronto: 7.72%
Leaside: 16.84%
Agincourt: 13.05%
Junction: 13.37%
Some parts of Toronto are as low as 1.7% since last year, so area is everything, and I don't mean the high demand areas.
