Now is when experience and determination counts as a buyer agent. In some areas where things are so hot you need to pull out all the tools.  A Bully offer is one tool that is now a necessity.  This means putting an offer on a home sooner than they would like to except it receive it.  Many things have to be taken into consideration when attempting one of these offers.
